What we do
- Explaining the buying process and the costs before you commit
- Checking the documents you need for the purchase, a residence permit or citizenship
- Sworn translation and notarisation of passports, powers of attorney, title deeds, valuation reports and contracts
- Booking the land registry appointment and interpreting at the signing, by an interpreter authorised as TKGM requires
- Following residence permit and citizenship applications

Every guide is based on official sources — mainly the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM), Turkish legislation on mevzuat.gov.tr, the Revenue Administration (GİB), the Ministry of Trade and the migration authority (Göç İdaresi).
